New Moon and Spring Equinox

On March 19th is a "Supermoon" is its closest to Earth in two decades - people will think the moon looks bigger but it will be an illusion. The influence of the moon can be most powerfully felt when the moon is full. You will be more emotional and our deepest feelings seen to float to the surface. Emotional outbursts and relationship flare ups are most frequent during this time.

It is also a good time to make a wish list from your soul and burn it up to the Universe for the Universe to work on your behalf in the back ground making your wished come true.

March 20th is the Spring Equinox announcing the arrival of Spring and longer days, all the lovely spring flowers and blossom, all the lovely healing colour.

After a stop, start beginning to my new life in Somerset I now feel I have new energies coming in to help me move forward to obtaining my goal to the purpose of my move.
The earths vibrations is rising which is causing some people to struggle and others to push forward and change attitudes and old belief patterns.

My diploma courses are accredited by The Complementary Medical Association and are awarded CPD points.
I now have a room at The Crystal Courtyard in East Coker near Yeovil 1 day a week.
Also The Roundhouse a newly refurbished cider barn with beautiful energy that I can use to heal or run courses from. On a working farm over looking the beautiful hills of Pilton in Somerset a truly relaxing and rejuvenating place to be.

Have just done a fabulous Indulgence evening. A mixed group of ladies and men collected at one of their houses with wine and nibbles and I took them off one by one to give a half hour therpay session of their choice.
They all agreed it was the most sociable evening they have had in a long time and I really enjoyed myself

Keeping your Body in Balance with Therapies

Messages from your Body
Your own thought patterns affect your health. Each emotional mental thought pattern has an underplaying cause of the physical illness.
Understanding the illness can help you address the cause thereby riding the body of illness.
Look at the side of the body it is manifesting on.
On the left side you are dealing with emotions, how you react to them.
The right side is your physical action.
So when you come down with a dis-ease you need to look at yourself and see what you have been thinking or what emotions you have been repressing.
Many times the emotional and mental factors have happened many months or even years before the dis-ease has manifested.
When you are sick you need to listen to your body and hear what it is telling you.
You need to assume full responsibility for your body.

December 31st Blue Full Moon
This Full Moon is in Gemini, the sign of communication, changeability, short trips, and anything of a mercurial nature, and Mercury, the planet of communication and the mind that is the ruler of Gemini, is very active in the chart of this Full Moon. Mercury is in a challenging square to Uranus, the planet of radical thinking and change, so there is a tendency towards impulsive thinking and hasty speech as well as a heightened sensitivity of the nervous system. Don't be surprised by emotional outbursts of all kinds, and those of us with anxious natures may find ourselves with a case of the jitters.
Uranus has just changed direction, so its influence is stronger than usual. Uranus inspires innovation and change, and can bring about sudden and surprising events that turn our world around.

Happy Christmas to everyone.
Lets all start 2010 after letting go of old stuff and people who do not serve us with new visions, new horizons and new goals.
Since re-evaluating my self, new opportunities have come in and different paths have been offered. I am excited about the changes. Isn't the Universe wonderful when you give yourself up to it and express your wishes, the work behind the scenes immediately.
Will tell more in the next post.

The December New Moon signifies New Beginnings, New Cycles. It is in Sagittarius so have the qualities of idealism, optimism. intelligence. 9th house themes are education and high learning.

New Me

Well I have been away for more than a year!
I have moved to Somerset after the passing of my Mother and took a year out. After wafting about and in 2009 having a year of illnesses I have decided now is the time to do something constructive with my life!!
I am a Holistic therapist and have not been using my skills to its advantage. The Universe is now kicking my butt to put into action, the illnesses were for me to take stock and re-evaluate my life. Also the illnesses from (Messages from the Body) tell me I have not let go of some old stuff that I thought I had let go of.
I put myself in the same situation that I beat myself up on about the past, so I have had to deal with issues, people and situations that I did not deal with then. Karma. At times I still did not deal with it as I should have done and went down to victim path again, so I will have to re-visit that again.
Now is the letting go stage and be focused on what I want and how I get there. So all my issues and mind talk are written on paper and placed into a bag that I have left outside the house forever.
I am doing my homework and networking to set up a client base to work from home and mobile. I am looking forward to the future with renewed optimism and a healthy dose of live for each day and not to worry about the future and to trust that all will be well.

Happy New Year to one and all. I personally am pleased 2007 has left me, now I can start 2008 with new vigor and focus.
My absence to my blog was due to family matters which are now in the past of 2007.
2008 is a year of transcendence and new beginnings for us all, no matter what the doom and gloom forecasters are writing. Decisions were made last year, outmoded thought patterns and beliefs and people will now be discarded to allow us to move forward in a more focused and goal orientated way. All the things that have held us back.
I persoanally am very excited and very motivated about this new year and what it will bring.
Look forward to speaking and hearing from you all again.

Clear the Clutter

As the planets this year so far have given us this window of opportunity to start new projects or to start afresh. It is a good ideas to take a long hard look at ourselves, me included!
To get rid of the things or people that no longer serve us or are holding us back.
So now you have looked at yourself and have in mind where you want to go and what you want to do we must now "clear the clutter."
Clutter in your daily life is any unfinished, unresolved issues, unused or anything your are tolerating, that does not represent YOU or the desire you wish to create will drain your energy, make you procrastinate, stop you moving forward, stop new things coming into your life and can affect your health.
Stop for a minute and make a list of all the things you need to remove, old photos from previous relationships, gifts etc. that leave you attached to the past. You are worth more than redundant objects, clear the space and cleanse the soul and create the new path you desire. Believe me it works and really does give you a zest for a new life. Try it.

Sorry for the long delay in publishing again. Life has been hectic lately without an evening to spare.

Thank you all for commenting on my postings. I am not like my friend Sue who has designed and done her own web site, I have tried to reply to some of you but have been unsuccessful. Life should ease up now and I will have an evening or two to myself!

Today I have completed my Masters and teachers diploma for Reiki. I am so proud.

All learning from now on will be for myself to better my healing and knowledge.

Lots of alignments with the planets are happening in this time which is bringing insights to all of us of where we want to be and how we will move forward. More on this at a later posting. I must get myself organised and move on.

Now I am going to chill, have an early night.

In My Haven

Hello everyone who was worried about my journey home from Sue's. It was a slow process but I had faith in the above to get me to my destination in one piece.
Not an easy journey especially as I have no sense of direction and road closures throws me into a, "where am I going and how am I going to get there". A convoluted route by an extra 3 hours+ but I missed the aquaplaning cars and deep rivers!
Got home just in time to take off one lot of clothes and throw on another to go to the Proms in the Park in Milton Keynes - it was an excellent evening with G4 and others who sang and played a good mixture of classics, opera and shows, with lasers, fireworks and cannons. I also had a thing about the conductor who had such enthusiasm for his music.

I am now late writing this as I have had many calls from well meaning friends who were also worried - Me S & P really didn't know how bad it was out there as we really chilled last week! Did us all good, great to be in your own world!

I had a wonderful time and S & P's well rested and armed with my new blog, need a few days or is that weeks to find my way around but I will get there - never one to give up.

Today I have been like a Chinese laundry, all washed and ironed and put away, cleaned all through, cleansed in body and soul.

Now sitting with a well earned glass of red looking at gleaming surfaces and no cobwebs!

I was so overwhelmed to find I had 5 comments already and I have just started on this wonderful experience of blogging, new friends, new horizons and a big thank you to Sue, her help and her blogging friends.

The start of something wonderful

I am a 60's person at heart, known for being whacky, dressing in Kaftans and ethnic clothing.

I am a free spirit and do not like convention and restraint.

I have a thirst for knowledge and welcome all you out there who are like minded to join me in sharing your knowlege on all subjects Spiritual, Holistic, Enviromental and on Personal Development from the Soul.

Our subject is so diverse that once you try one it leads to so many avenues for growth and well-being.

The name "Haven of Peace" came from my early divorce year when I used to come home from work, lean against the door on entering and sigh - "My Haven of Peace". How apt. After obtaining all my qualifications it was natural to call my practice after my refuge at the beginning of my journey to a better life.

Aswell as Healing, I also run courses on Crystal Therapy, Head Massage and Ear Candling

I have written courses for Personal and Soul Develpment.

I am staying with my good friend Sue who runs a successful antiques business "Vintage to Victorian", she has helped me start my blog to enable me to have a network of Holistic Spiritual people to widen my circle. From her network I have already been in touch with one of her customers who has turned her knowledge into healing animals.

This is an exciting time, I am looking forward to meeting you all out there to sharing our special way of life to a journey of enlightenment and transcendence.
